In the same field as the Smart Rehabilitation 3.0 project, there are other initiatives and European projects also workingtowards the innovation of building rehabilitation. Among these the BUILD2LC project, supported by the European Regional Development Fund. Uniting seven European partners, the project aims to contribute to the European “Energy Union” by increasing the energetic rehabilitation of buildings. Through its multidisciplinary approach, academicinstitutes, business entreprises and policy makers, but also home-owners and vulnerable groups will benefit from its results at local, regional and national level. The partnership will further design financial instruments for citizens andprogrammes to foster innovative actions as well as create a learning path to guarantee the project’s transferability toother regions.
